Internal Thigh Rotators

If the innominates are anteriorly rotated:
(1) The Gluteus Minimus and Medius muscles become strong internal thigh rotators
(2) The Medial Hamstrings and Adductor muscles become weak internal thigh rotators

Anterior rotation of the innominates is commonly the result of abnormal pronation.
